A Prayer for Grateful Hearts and Guided Steps

Heavenly Father, we come before You this morning with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of another day. Thank You for the breath in our lungs, the warmth of the sun, and the countless blessings You pour into our lives, seen and unseen. We acknowledge Your unfailing love and faithfulness that greet us anew each dawn. May our spirits be open to receive Your grace and mercy throughout this day. As we step into the hours ahead, we humbly ask for Your divine guidance. Direct our thoughts, words, and actions, that they may honor You and serve Your purposes. Grant us wisdom to make sound decisions, strength to face challenges with courage, and compassion to extend kindness to everyone we encounter. Help us to be Your hands and feet in the world, reflecting Your light and love to those around us. We surrender our plans and anxieties into Your capable hands, trusting that You hold our future. May Your will be done in and through us today. Keep us close to Your heart, and empower us to walk in faith, hope, and love. Amen.
