A Prayer for Daily Guidance and Trust

Heavenly Father, as the light of a new day dawns, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude. Thank You for the gift of life, for rest through the night, and for the fresh mercies that greet us this morning. We acknowledge Your sovereignty over all things and invite Your presence to fill this day, guiding our thoughts, words, and actions. We pray for Your divine guidance in every step we take. Help us to discern Your will amidst the choices and challenges that lie ahead. Grant us strength to face difficulties with courage, wisdom to make decisions that honor You, and compassion to treat others with kindness and understanding. May our lives be a reflection of Your love and grace to everyone we encounter. We surrender our plans and anxieties into Your capable hands, trusting that You work all things for our good. May we lean not on our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge You, confident that You will direct our paths. Amen.
